Jason, an American teenager obsessed with Hong Kong cinematography and Kung Fu movies, discovers in an antiques Chinese store, the weapon of a legendary Chinese warrior, named Monkey King.
With this weapon, Jason is unexpectedly teleported in time. He is sent back in time in a medieval China.
There he meets Lu Yan, a drunk Kung Fu master, Silent Mock, a mysterious and silent character, and Golden Sparrow, a very beautiful warrior.
All these people will guide Jason to return the weapon to its original owner, Monkey King, who has been imprisoned for the last 500 years by the evil Jade Warlord.
