In France, during World War II, the Germans kill tens of American war prisoners. By doing this, they are breaching the Convention of Geneva.
During the massacre, some of the prisoners manage to escape. Later on, four of them meet again.
The four of them, meet a RAF British pilot, who owns some crucial information about the German attack. They risk their freedom, in order to send the information to the allied armies.
