An ex-military from the Red Army, Yorgi, and his girfriend, Yelena, are the leaders of a gang called Anarchy 99, that terrorizes Prague.
Xander Cage is a veritable roughneck, who likes extreme sports and stealing cars.
Cage is hired by the chief of the National Security Agency, Augustus Gibbons, to play after the same rules as the Anarchy 99 gang and stop them from destroying the world. Cage knows the street rules and now he has to go by them.
This way, Xander Cage will find out how dangerous is actually their game.
