’17 Again’ is the story of a guy whose life isn’t as he wanted to be and wishes he could go back to high school and change it. Back in high school Mike O’Donnell (played by Zac Efron) has it all: he’s popular, he’s a star athlete, gets a college scholarship but decides to settle down with his high school girlfriend Scarlet.

Twenty five years later, an adult Mike (played by Matthew Perry) discovers that his life is not exactly as he expected to be. He’s separated from his wife Scarlett, he lives with his best friend Ned Freedman, his job at a pharmaceutical company has no future prospects and he has no relationship with his teenage children.

Mike wishes to be 17 again and his wish is, in a miraculous way, fulfilled: he is 17 again and he goes back to high school to relive his life and make other decisions regarding his future.
