“Nick and Norah’s infinite playlist” tells the story of two broken-hearted teenagers who fall in love with each other.
Inspired by David Levithan and Rachel Cohn’s novel, the film was directed by Peter Sollett on a budget of about 75 million dollars.
Nick O’Leary (Michael Cera), member of a band called “The Jerk Offs”, meets Norah Silverberg (Kat Dennings) at a punk concert , shortly after his girlfriend Tris (Alexis Dziena) dumped him. Out of fear of being laughed at for being single, Norah asks Nick to pretend they are dating.
Seeing that Tris came at the party with her new boyfriend, Nick gladly accepts the offer. That was the start of a crazy, full of adventures night in the search of a low profile concert of their favourite band.

there were some awkward moments in this movie that were hard to get past… such as every time that gum was re-used (yuck!)
