Nobel Son (2008) 

Young Barkley works hard to finish his diploma paper on cannibalism in order to impress his famous father and Professor Eli Michaelson.

Fighting to rise up to the high standards set by the narcissist, egocentric and

unbearable Eli, Barkley has a normal relationship only with his mother, Sarah, who is a well known crime psychiatrist.

When Eli Michaelson is announced that he is the winner of a Nobel Prize, his son Barkley is kidnapped by Thaddeus James who claims to be Eli’s illegitimate son. He tries to convince Barkley to participate in the plot against their father and James asks a reward of 2 million dollars.

The problem is the selfish Eli refuses to pay and sends his wife Sarah on a race against time in order to save their son; thus we come across a story that shows a broken, dysfunctional family, an uncontrollable physical desire, betrayal and revenge.
