“The Boat That Rocked” is a romantic comedy which says the love story between the youth of the ’60 and pop music.
This is about a group of pirates DJs, who captivated Great Britain, giving to the public the music which formed an entire generation opposite to a government who prefers the jazz.
The Count, an American god of radio waves, Quentin, the boss of rock at the radio which was situated in the middle of Northern Sea, on a ship populated by an electric crew of DJs; Gavin, the most famous DJ from Great Britain, recently returned from an American tour and Dave, the most ironic and funniest member of this crew.
All the above will compete with an official character of the government who wants to put an interdiction for the ones who encourage the pop music to a nation he loves too much.
