The action of the movie takes place in Barcelona, 1913 and has as main character, Alma, daughter of dr Mira.

Alma is on the edge of depression, because her husband Leon, a very good psychiatrist, has left her while she was pregnant. She also has to confront her brother-in-law, Salvador, who has a secret crush on her.

Olivia, Alma’s sister and Salvador’s wife, has sexual problems in her marriage and confesses to Alma, in hopes of getting good advice.

When frustrations are left aside, the family unites to help Alma find her husband Leon. They decide the best way to do so is by finding four of his former cases. One of those cases turns out to be Olivia.
