Katie, an University student in her senior year, is under a lot of pressure: she has to pass all her exams, finish her diploma paper and submit herself to a really long and tiring list of job interviews.
It is a crucial event in her life and things start to get more and more complicated.
For the past two years she has been thinking about her first love, a boy named Embry who mysteriously disappeared in their freshman year; to make things even worse, a detective starts an investigation on Embry’s death.
As the investigation goes on, Katie sees herself under the obligation of choosing between her older passions and the new possibilities that life offers her.
The only problem is that all the things she does seem to be related to another missing person from campus…..what really happened?
