Changeling
Inspired from real events that shook California legal system, the movie ‘Changeling’ is the story of a woman who is in search of her real son.
The action takes place in Los Angeles, in 1928. On a Saturday morning, a middle-class woman named Christine, goes to work and leaves her 9-year-old son at home. When she returns home , her son is missing.
After she looked for him without any result, a few months later, the police bring her a boy that they say it’s hers. Christine realizes that the boy is not her son and tries to convince the authorities to continue the search of her real son. Christine realizes that she is dealing with corrupt authorities and her only supporter is father Briegleg.
