Young Mattie and James are crazy in love, but they are dealing with the problem of living 800 miles away from each other. James lives and works in Chicago, and Mattie feels like home in New York.
They only have the possibility of spending a few weekends together, and that’s not enough to keep their love and relationship awake. Phone calls, emails, messenger conversations, digital photos are not enough.
Due to these impersonal ways of communicating, many feelings and emotions remain unspoken and they drift away from each other.
After one year they had broken up, James becomes very successful in his video games career and he has to move for a while to New York. Although they are not together anymore, James decides to loo for Mattie. They meet and they both remember the wonderful moments of their relationship and how much they tried to make it work.
