Viktor Taransky is a film director who was once a nominee for the Oscar, but who has entered a period of decay and cannot get anything out anymore.

Just as he was giving it another try with a new film, his leading actress decides to quit from her job and along with her the director also loses any trace of self-esteem he had left.

On top of everything else, Viktor loses his job at the studio, and is fired by none other than his wife, the manager of the studio. He loses any hope that him, Elaine and their daughter Lainey will ever go back to being a family.

Fortunately, Viktor’s luck is about to change when he meets informatics genius, Hank Aleno. Hank has got little time left to live, but he decides to leave Viktor, as inheritance, a software program which will change his life forever: Simulation One.

Just a few codes, and a miraculous creature is born: SIMONE; over night, Viktor goes back to enjoying fame and fortune with the help of the one who will become the most adored movie star of the world.
