Cleveland Heep is just a modest manager of an apartment building. One day he rescues a young mysterious woman and takes her under his protection.

He soon discovers that she is a character of a fairy tale, who is trying to make the journey back to her world in safety.In time, Cleveland and the persons who live in his building realize that they are part of the same story. He falls in love with the beautiful stranger and decides to protect her at any cost from any danger.

Along with his friends, he is determined to fight off any dark creature that might be coming to get his sweetheart and stop her from going home.
