Five people were trapped; four of them died and another fell into a deep coma. Nonetheless, Harry Warden wanted revenge, so one year later, on Valentine’s day he woke up and brutally killed 22 persons before being killed by the police.

Tom Hanniger comes back to Harmony, on Valentine’s Day, still haunted by what had happened.
He struggles to face his past and his on-going feelings for his ex-girlfriend, Sarah (Jaime King), who is now married with his best friend, Sheriff Axel (Kerr Smith).
Tonight, after years of peace, something form Harmony’s dark past comes back. A character wearing a coalminer mask is a killer on the loose.
As he gets closer and closer, Tom, Sarah and Axel are terrified at the thought that it might be Harry Warden, coming back for the ultimate revenge.
